What can i use after workout instead?

    What are your goals and what else do you eat the couple of hours before and after training?

    cutting.

    4 pm – 200 grams tuna. Slice of wholemeal bread or pitta. Fibrous veg. Banana.

    5:30pm – weight training

    6:15 pm - 50 grams of whey in water.

    7pm - 150 grams of Beef/chicken/turkey. 75 grams of basmati rice/50 grams of whole-wheat pasta, or a baked/sweet potato. Vegetables.

    Can you stomach food pwo or does it have to be liquid?

    You can always have milk..

    Or another source of protein.. eggs, etc. It's up to you.
