Did the undeliverable email message have a reason why they were undelivered? Usually something like 'The message could not be delivered because the recipient's mailbox is full.'
How large was the presentation? Sometimes people have rules set up on their Outlook accounts to prevent stupidly massive files being sent. If it was a huge file, can you compress it?

Perhaps something is marking out your email as spam. Avoid sending from a sales@ address an similar, also avoid too many superlatives and spam-filter trigger words. Since you mention Outlook, it might be worth trying to send from Thunderbird, which is a free email client. I've no reason to think it would work better in this situation but it is a million times faster.  Also see if you can send it as plain text as well as or instead of as html.

Nothing if there company is bouncing it back, depends on the spam filters and anti virus at the other end, regulary we have emails blocked here that are only PDF attachments as the filters can detect odd looking binary codes....most get through some dont.

Does ay of your text have any words that could be considered offensive? I once had a document that wouldnt send because of the abbreviation SPIC.....site person in charge, a term for spansih people apparently, so look through the document carefully.

are you marking it with high importance, or confidential?

its nothing your doing mate as itman has already beaten me to say its there firewall or spam filter blocking your emails, most spam filters give messages scores based on certain factors such as offenive words, attachements images etc if that score is too high it will then deny the email which is what it sounds like

i would get in touch with the other company and see if they can add you to the whitelist on there spam filter this will then ignore scores and will let you emails through

Could you prepare a PDF document with all the information that you wanted to include in the email, and then send that as an attachment. Just hav a footnote type message in the email, but attach it as a brochure type document that could be printed out?

If you don't already have it you can just get www.primopdf.com then prepare a word document, print it to a PDF file instead of the printer and send that.

Awesome pic, but Tony you're not doing yourself many favours posting up tips on preventing the gag reflex and then a picture of a guy touching his toes - Ak

see what your saying but the email is like 6 sentences, no pictures and no attachements so how is it still getting a high score,

one of the factors is also prevous emails,

such as the barracuda spam filters are self learning and if someone puts one of your emails in the junk folder this ups the score on your domain address for the next time you send a message but if you call the other company if they have a spam filter they can log on and it would tell them....."message size"......"bad score"......."sender timeout"

so my advice would be to ring them and ask
