Outter Lower Chest ?

i have loads of trouble with this part of my chest, ive been pushing weights for about 3-4 months now, my chest develpoment has been average, my inner lower is really defined an developed, but fades out as it gets to outter lower, ive been trying dips for a couple weks but havent really seen a improvement, does anyone have any tips or explanations for this ?

    couple of points

    3-4 months is not long enough to build a chest
    its more than likely you are holding body fat there as many men do

    yeh, come to think it has most likely been more than 3-4 months, im 17 atm got quite a low body fat last time i checked it was like 12% along those lines. is it just a matter of carrying on training...?

    Yup, for as long as you want a good body. Stop training and it soon goes. 3-4 months is a drop in the ocean.
