Overhead Presses

My overhead shoulder press seems to be stuck at 90kg x 1 rep. I need to get it up to 3-4 reps. The thing is my strength for the bench press, squat & dead lift is now where I want it to be.

I need help putting together a specialization routine for improving my overhead press, while maintaining strength for the other lifts. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

    take a week off, then start a schedule of you choice with a little less volume for everything you're happy with and 'density training' for the OH presses.
