100kg Seated pin press for 12 is some going bey. That must be giving Animal a run for his money?

The way I handle stress is Valium + loads of port seems to work really well LOL


Bloody love Port, shame its not on my current diet plan mate lol.






I have had to drop the Port was drinking far to much lol ,now on the rusty nails Drambuie and whisky with plenty of ice.....heaven in a glass right there.

Back from nice weekend away...got a big quads and hams session in Friday and a decent Chest and calf session in yesterday, won't bother writing up, will start from todays Back and hams session.
 
Check in with Lewis Friday, no changes as BW coming up very well...mostly water no doubt but holding condition well with check in pics, up 10lbs in 2 weeks on this blast, this week and next week on current set up then a possible switch. Everything else...training, calories and cardio remain the same for now.

Might suggest a kg drop in weight between sessions when adding weight isn't ideal, would indicate the need for greater PWO replenishment for that session IMO. Worth watching

Few reasons tbh..one I was still holding bloat from my cheat meal and 2 a flare up of my IBS. Coach will be kept up to date regardless :)
