Interesting one Ox, following my load last night I'm a lot dryer this morning than I would of been following a normal junk fest. So I pretty much loaded skip style last night and it's clearly sucked up into the muscle, delts have popped out... I was conscious the foods were mainly within the skip guides, fat was minimal and sugar high but I wasn't expecting such a difference in how I look and feel this morning in comparison to a junk fest.

Do you find a similar thing if you stick to the guidelines, and if you divert do you find more of a bloat, watery look the following day?

On a good day 147.5kg maybe 150kg mate not sure. Priority is 100kg strict press and 130kg+ push press though, next winter I will give bench a little more attention and try for 160kg. My increased bodyweight is certainly helping!

Yep definitely Neil, more so when I was leaner tho! On the actual skipload day I get very hot, veins start coming through and I feel pumped most of the time without lifting. The day after if I have not spilled over I look bigger/fuller with more vascularity and often leaner despite often weighing 5-9lbs more!
 
I'm glad your experiencing the good results already mate!
 
Out of interest how many carbs are you taking in on a day to day basis mate?
 
If I get some cash soon I would love to hire skip to help me recomp at current weight, I think it would make a huge difference, I've added a little fat with a fair old chunk of muscle but would like to lean things out more. The tape says I haven't but usual head fcuks kick in still....i'm not even bodybuilding anymore lol!!!!

30 mins light sscv - Winston walking!
 
Tricep soreness all gone - the session last night worked. Todays plan is a rep pb in paused strict press with 77.5kg then some doubles/triples and singles after Ox Stylee!
Also going to get some jerk practice done and some extra tricep work if I have anything left after an hour of overhead.

Lol! Nah mate, been there done that and i'm crap at it!!  I've just added in 531 as a warm up to my heavier stuff to get more rep work in as I think it was lacking and effecting my top end strength. The rep pb I got in my axle push press last week equals a 122.5kg max and heavily fatigued 120 was close so without the reps before it I know its there :)
 
125-130kg overhead by xmas :)

Cheers Kian, bodyweight sitting just under 100kg hoping to drop same fat and add a little muscle around this weight. As i'm not used to repping anything i'm adding some muscle since introducing them and I can tell, I feel very powerful at the moment :)
 
Comp is a novice open weight mate but under 105's is where i'm at next year :)

Cheers pal but I won't be cleaning up much bud! Under 105's is insanely tough - 300kg squats, 300kg deads, 200kg+bench, 140kg overheads are all the norm!! I'll fight to do as well as I can tho but its more a personal battle these days!!

Damn it, just typed a long reply out then lost it!

Around 150g training days in the first 4 meals, and around 70g on none training days split between meals 2 and 3... Meal 1 is pro / fat as per skips methods as he doesn't have carbs in following sscv. Saturdays I'm still having a cheat window but not following skip as yet... Just enjoying some social events and letting the hair down a little.

Last night was a moment of weakness... So no results as such but was good to see how the body reacted. The plans at the weekend will wreck anything positive taken from the load.

He'll be worth the money if you can save the pennies up :)

Very pleased! Annoyed I didn't film it but warm ups felt awful, everything felt off but after the 5 repper on 531 it clicked and felt great, easy 85kg double inspired confidence so decided to try to secure a small pb - as soon as I took it from the rack I knew it was there and it flew. 92.5kg had to be tried and it never felt so light, again I knew it was there, my speed production has really increased. I think 93.5 maybe even 95kg could have been there but wasn't greedy and didn't want to risk a fail. After maxing out I got one more rep pb then a ton of volume to finish, resulting in sickness due to heat I think. Hugely pleased, reeling in that 100kg nicely, the 531/Ox Method combo is working!!
