A few pics on waking this morning after a very low carb day yesterday. Still much fat to come off but its slowly getting there I think.Β

Photo shoot last night was awesome... Got some awesome pictures... I was amazed.

Surprised how tough it was tbh... Was like another training session... I was exhausted after but really enjoyed it.

Todays session, feeling a bit beat up but session went awesome...

Pleased with these, not squatted since March or Pause Squatted since before Christmas and my best back then while heavy and pure PL training was 200kg so to equal that today I am very pleased with, tough lift but it went!

Went out for a family meal last night... All around me were burgers, steaks, chips, pies and incredible desserts.

I had grilled Bream with masses of veggies and a diet coke😬😬

The Bream was bloody lovely but man I wanted to hammer a huge burger and sweet potato fries followed up with chocolate fudge cake!

Weekly weigh in...

Last week 212.8lbs
This week 208.8lbs

4lb drop, averaging 3-5lbs a week still and strength still staying up. Calories been constant for a good few weeks, no need to adjust still... Refeed day today.

No idea on waist as don't have my tape with me but had to make lever belt smaller again this week so it's come in.

Looking very good indeed mate!! That loose skin will be no problem imo, and seems to be improving as you loose weight. Nice workout particularly at your lower bodyweight.

That picture has a little romance about it, DV will love it!! 😜

Thank you mate... I'm a tad self conscious of it but I think you're right it's coming in well I think... I'm very pleased with how I'm progressing and I'm the leanest I have ever been and cuts not over yet.

LOL... I'm really pleased with pics, more being edited for me this week so will see what they come out like.

The loose skin is definitely improving mate excellent stuff. 220kg for 10 reps is just silly mate.
