Strength is soaring back up mate, not that it ever really got low.  You still look lean as well.  It's very interesting to see your journey.  Good and bad news on the calf front, bad that you got injured and good that it's healing up quickly.
 
I thought you hadn't been posting but my notifications just weren't working, lol.

Cheers bud, yes the reverse diet has worked well I think, glad I sucked it up and did it and not jump right back up, was tough but worth the extra few weeks.
I think the compounds I am using are helping, very much liking them so far.

Don't want to speak too soon but this is the best I have ever felt on a cycle...early days with these compounds but strength is just rocketing, recovery is brilliant and body comp is still very good...I feel like a tank at the minute, even Tren didn't make me feel like this...no doubt the diet rebound having an effect too, anyways today...

Felt like I could have benched all day...strength rocketing, felt like I had another there on 170 and a few more on 160 and 140 but being sensible and getting volume in and giving myself room to go up next few weeks. Chest blew up with the reps at the end, pumps are still nuts. Massively pleased with how strength is bouncing back...180kg for reps will come soon.
 
Seated Smith Bradford Press

The pump in delts was insane, veins popping everywhere...so addictive, again I could have done set after set after set but tapped it at 4.
 
Incline Cable Flyes

Weight up on last week and every set pumped chest more and more, huge burn in chest.
 
Lying Cable Side Laterals

New movement and these were awesome, the burn is side delts was crazy, possibly the most effective side delt movement I've ever done. I will be buying some wrist cuffs to do these with as it looks a more effective way of performing them but for today I loved these.
 
Rope Cable Upright Rows
 
35kg x 20
55kg x 15
55kg x 15
 
Minimal rests and pre fatigue to side delts made these very effective, another nice addition, crazy pumps.
 
Wide Grip Supported Pull Ups
 
x 8 rep pb
x 7
x 6 volume pb
 
Moved weight assistance down a pin again and made sure to get a very hard paused contraction each rep, lats were on fire and cramping nicely.
 
Wide Grip Seated Row Machine
 
87kg x 10 rep pb
87kg x 10
87kg x 10 volume pb
 
Reps up easily and the pump was bang on.
 
2 x 10 minute walks today.

You're holding condition nicely big man. A lot of it is mental going from cutting to building isn't it; you're always thinking, am I getting too soft. At least that's what I do. But then again I am mental.

You're holding condition nicely big man. A lot of it is mental going from cutting to building isn't it; you're always thinking, am I getting too soft. At least that's what I do. But then again I am mental.


Thanks mate...yes it took me a few weeks to adjust...nearly developed an eating disorder over it, never realised prep could mess with your head so much.
 
Sorted now though and concentrating on adding quality size and strength and only step on scales once a week! End of the day if I want to be 5kg heavier in show than my shoot I need to add a fair chunk of decent weight over the offseason.
 
You're doing great mate...in a very good place, just keep working on it!

Heard last night that the show I want to do next year may not be happening now :( The PCA first timers show would be ideal but its way too early on 31st March, I won't get a decent of season in before prep has to start again...need a longer off season mentally as much as physically.
 
Looking at the Muscle Talk PCA show now in June I think, much bigger comp than the one I was planning but the timing of it suits me far more.

Same height as me. 100kg has always been my ideal weight and the weight at where I think I would be strong. (However you define that)

Thanks mate...200kg bench on the horizon now..but its reps i'm after...160kg x 10, 180kg x 5 would be nice :)

Same height as me. 100kg has always been my ideal weight and the weight at where I think I would be strong. (However you define that)

I'm pretty happy at this weight, need to push to 105kg-108kg I think to hit stage at 95-97kg, work to be done but fairly confident I can do it.

Missus had a massage to do at my gym this morning so did my reverse band deads while I was waiting instead of tomorrow...
