You're telling me!!! I'm used to seeing "pb" in your log but wow you must be getting RSI from typing it so much!


Honestly mate today was nuts...nothing massively heavy as its a repping day but so much stronger than last week...I had to keep checking I hadn't mis loaded lol!
 
No doubt my cycle kicking in and coupled with more calories going in around my workout and its causing some very positive increases!

Cheers mate, sessions are possibly the hardest I have ever done but its paying off I think :)
 
Weighed in just a smidge over 102kg this morning and a decent solid 7 hours sleep for a change...sleep is not great these days due to stress etc so pleased with that...looking at getting on some strong CBD drops/vape in the new year to see if that helps. Anyways, todays session...another corker.
 
Session 4
 
Reverse Hack Squats
 
40kg x 10
80kg x 10
120kg x 10
160kg x 5
200kg x 3
240kg x 15 rep pb
280kg x 10 rep pb
 
Massive increases again...220kg x 15 and 280kg x 5 were last years failure lifts, smashed that today. I may have to look at overloading with a band if I can set it up as 280kg maxes the machines pins out. Quads blowed up on these.
 
Close Stance Hack Squats
 
120kg x 12 rep pb
140kg x 8 rep pb
 
These close stance quad focused hacks feel really good, ROM is huge and the pump is bang on.
 
Close Stance Belt Squats
 
40kg x 12
60kg x 8
 
Brought these back in and started fairly easily to ensure form is down right. Quad focus on these is really good.
 
Leg Extensions
 
55kg x 10 rep pb
55kg x 8 + iso hold to failure than fought the negative
 
Strength again rocketing, felt good and weight up on last week, totally finished quads off.
 
DC Quad Stretch - PAIN!
 
One Arm Machine Preacher Curls
 
30kg x 15 rep pb
35kg x 5 rep pb
 
More reps...more weight...form kept tight...biceps blew up, log book smashed again.
 
EZ Drag Curls
 
55kg x 20 rep pb
75kg x 10 rep pb
 
Biceps love  this lift, massive burn. Weight up 5kg on set with 5 more reps, 5kg up on set 2 and 2 more reps up. Log book destroyed again.
 
Close Grip EZ Concentration Curls
 
45kg x 15 rep pb
45kg x 12 
 
These give a mass pump, weight up 5kg and reps maintained on last weeks efforts.
 
DC Bicep Stretch
 
Kneeling Overhead Rope Extensions
 
70kg x 10 rep pb
50kgx 16
 
Reps up on last week, triceps burning, job done.
 
DV Extensions
 
15kg x 18
17.5kg x 10 rep pb
 
Burns so so good, kept form very tight and the contractions were awesome. Triceps really seemed to grow with every rep, I do like this movement.
 
DC Tricep Stretch
 
Leg Press Calf Raise
 
160kg x 16 wide stance rep pb
160kg x 14 narrow
160kg x 12 wide
160kg x 12 narrow
160kg x 10 wide
160kg x 10 narrow volume pb
 
DC Calf Stretch
 
Calves in tatters from these, big deep stretch and held contraction, large increases in reps. Calves genuinely look to be growing!
 
Quick ab blast and done, increase in calories really having a big effect this week, feeling massively strong and full.

That free posing seminar looks like a good shout, that gym's not too far from me either, although I've never been. I know its a good gym though, quite a few people rave about it.

Squat - 160kg / Bench - 115kg / Deadlift - 210kg / Strict OHP - 77.5kg
