How long does your arm session last bud?

Do you really think you can feel the blast already or is it placebo?

Around 60-75 mins, usually having to deal with clients at the same time often so takes a few minutes longer, plus my marketing manager (LOL) was in so had a brief chat with him about things I need for business :)

Most likely mainly placebo but Tbol gives instant pumps and strength and water going on right off the bat with NPP. Feeling very strong and big whilst remaining fairly lean still :)

You all made it down to Devon bet it was a class time

IBS is a nasty b@stard thing never suffered from it myself but actually seen people bent double with the pain

Loving the arm day although I won't be adopting that workout as usual LOL

It was lovely mate but not got my mum down yet..will be aiming for late May with that one...i'm working my way around asking her lol

IBS for me comes from stress bud, used to be food but these days my food is so clean and set to the same things daily I know its not that at all, if I am feeling very stressed I can bet within 12 hours I will be getting cramps :( Had it years so used to it mate, often go months with nothing but stress high past few months so having to deal with it more often.

Lol well it was something I would never have done mate lol...as a powerlifter I barely ever trained them! Always been a strong point thankfully.

Missus picking your tees up today mate and i'll get them when I go down to Devon the weekend, will send them off to you next week :) Sorry for the wait, print run takes a little while.

Interesting back to back sessions where no 'major' muscle groups are trained. Plenty of work in them tho.

Gives a break from the heavy back/ham session and quad/ham session. Seems to be working well so far.

Good session mate.

IBS could be gear related. DV suffers with dodgy guts when on cycle especially orals

I get it on or off gear, its been diagnosed as stress related IBS. Should pass in a few days, something I have had to deal with for years unfortunately.

Mine steps up a gear with allergies. Hayfever is rife at the mo which means increased risk of IBS. Wonder if you're the same or if it's an influence.

Possible mate.. Never had that before, stress levels pretty high currently so pretty certain that's the issue.

Very interesting what you say about stress causing the IBS. My eldest has crohns. My mum suspected stress sets his off bad too, but I didn't believe her. Now I look back and it's when his mum and step dad split up so might actually ring true.

Enjoy your weekend off mate!
