Very interesting what you say about stress causing the IBS. My eldest has crohns. My mum suspected stress sets his off bad too, but I didn't believe her. Now I look back and it's when his mum and step dad split up so might actually ring true.

Its certainly possible mate, stress contributes to so many health issues, possibly more than we realise. Mines calming down now and it correlates with winding down at the weekend and getting away from things. I need to try and control stress more but in current position its not easy tbh.

A very busy week ahead work wise, fitting in childcare alongside day job and lots of client work to do online I need to fit in. Looking forwards to a long weekend off from Friday. Lots of work to get done first though.

If you ever find out how to control stress let me know I am bouncing off the walls over here and now the Mrs tells me she's sorted a big decking job plus pool installation on another mobile home for me.......thanks pet I really need that 😰

Sleep is good at the moment, just busy days...4 days off from Friday apart from training so plenty of down time.

The stretch is why I like them mate, you can get a real deep stretch and it makes the contraction even stronger, the pumps you get from this movement is just crazy.
