Cheers mate, no they won't be effected at all...my business is being run alongside, I just need to ensure any of my private clients are purely strength based...I am hoping to be having a hand running Absolutes online training section too as I have experience in that area :)

Awesome mate...can't wait to see them!

I'm sure what I'm about to say rings bells with a month or so ago, but that's pretty high protein. Surprisingly low cals. I'm losing a kg a week on more than that and I'm currently a kg lighter than you too

Yes its much higher than I recommend for my clients tbh but I go with what he tells me to and it has worked tbf.
I naturally add weight very easily mate...good and bad weight, the opposite of you, this is the most calories I have been on in an off season and holding the leanest physique I ever have eating that much.

Awaiting the changes but expecting another few hundred calories to go in each day for the next month before we hit prep.

Ok my exciting news!

I received a message last week from the owner of the large private training facility in Devon my missus runs her sports massage business out of. He was wanting to chat to me about possible 'opportunities' so yesterday I went I for a chat.

Basically he has offered me a full time position as a coach in the private facility with the ability for me to run my business alongside of this. The opportunity is there for me to run seminars, lifting clinics...whatever I want to push both brands moving forwards. We are also moving into a new state of the art training facility that once we are finished with is likely to be the largest private training facility inside of the uk!

So....tomorrow I hand in my notice at my job and begin preperations to move my life 163 miles to Devon...excited, scared...terrified...excited...lol but I can't wait. Dream opportunity this and I couldn't turn it down, so much scope for expansion and growth in so many ways.

After a good few years of living in limbo things are finally moving ahead and i'm really excited!! And bricking it lol!

Anyways tomorrow is chest and calves lol.

Mate that is so awesome and very well deserved.  Truly excellent news and about time you had a bit of good luck come your way.

Always gained good and bad weight easily so calories never been high... I have slightly dropped weight past few weeks so this is about maintenence or just help.. Depends on gear intake really.. Reacted well to Var that's for sure, good compound for me.

So you are confident that the var was real? From what I read it is often faked.

Interesting med though how it actually increases fat metabolism (if that's the right term) whilst remaining a far bit anabolic.
