PCT cut

Hello,

Im mid way thru a cycle and want to go into a cut while on Clomid PCT. I was thinking PCT like:

Clomid
Mass FX MS
Cissus drol
ECA

All run at the same time.

Would this be good to keep as much as possible from the cycle while also loosing bodyfat?

Thanks,

Joe.

dont cut in pct, unless you want to wave goodbye to your gains? what was your cycle? it would be better to try and cut while youre on cycle

    I agree with TIO.

Don’t cut during PCT keep them cals high.

I personally managed to loose some bf during pct with x-lean and cd but I upped cardio to spur this on. This would have put me in good stead for a full blown cut but I opted to keep on the bulk.

Well im on 100mg H-drol ed and 30mg Epi-drol ed and am getting a lil fat. I have some ECA, would it be worth using it on cycle and just force myself to stay on the same diet??? And up the cardio?? Im going on holiday a day after i finish PCT so i want to cut up a lil either on cycle or on PCT. I'll still be training and eating the same but upping the cardio/ adding the ECA???

Any help would be great guys, thanks,

    Joe.

Up the cardio whilst on cycle mate, get plenty of good fats down you and watch the simple carb intake

If you feel you are too fat i would use the rest of your cycle to cut.

Use eca if you want, up to you.

Where you off on holiday? anywhere nice?

    Ditto that

Tabata, Circuits, get your diet checked and it should help

You aint gonna get much progress though for under 4 weeks unless you go all out.

Even then your cycle will have been wasted IMO as you didnt do things properly this time round, so all youre doing now is damage control

I dont understand TIO, Im gaining well on this cycle but just want to get rid of a lil bodyfat, not a complete transformation. Ive allready got good definition etc, just want to use a lil ECA and extra cardio to expose my six pack a lil, it wants to be seen! HA.

And Stavross Im off to Poland, Im a dancer/instructor and am taking my group to the world festival to perform, (hence wanting to look good:) thanks for asking.

    Joe.

the reason i ask is if you are carrying more fat than before you started then you aint gonna get abs in a few weeks mate. I think youre being unrealistic in your goals here and i dont honestly think you have thought this cycle through properly

The photo was taken a lil before the cycle, I started the cycle leaner. Ive had abs before so I have a realistic idea of what I need to lose to get em back out and think it can be done. I have a lil over three weeks left on cycle and then a month on PCT. I just want to know if ECA could be used either on or off cycle as an aid to lose a lil bodyfat and if using it could stop me retaining my gains? (as long as i force myself to stick to my regular diet). Any help would be appreciated.

ECA can be used alongside your current cycle mate, also into pct. It will suppress appetite so as long as you can keep your diet up there around maintenance cals for the last 3 weeks you should at least keep what gains you've made so far and potentially cut a little if you up your cardio. In pct it will be even more important to ensure you remain at least at maintenance cals, and I'd consider running a cortisol blocker like x-lean at double standard dose alongside your serm to help retain the gains and potentially assist in cutting.

Could I use C-drol instead of x-lean (already have a tub)?

The cissus itself will lower cortisol levels so it should fit your purposes nicely
