RE: PCT -does is really have the benefits claimed?
PCT helps with HPTA regeneration that is one factor of keeping muscle gains post cycle. Another main factor will be diet e.g. protein/carb ratio along with some additional supplements to maintain strength etc.
I tend to reduce the volume of my training during PCT and find this helps also.
