Yep they had clomid and nolva back in the 70s mate. These drugs have been around for a long time.

Whether bbers back then used those drugs for pct or not, I have no idea though.

Tamoxifen is a medication in pill form that interferes with the activity of estrogen (a hormone). Tamoxifen has been used for more than 20 years to treat patients with advanced breast cancer. It is used as adjuvant, or additional, therapy following primary treatment for early stage breast cancer. In women at high risk of developing breast cancer, tamoxifen reduces the chance of developing the disease. Tamoxifen continues to be studied for the prevention of breast cancer. It is also being studied in the treatment of several other types of cancer. It is important to note that tamoxifen is also used to treat men with breast cancer. - From: http://cis.nci.nih.gov/fact/7_16.htm

Whether or not it was used 20 years ago as PCT is another thing, but the drugs we use today for PCT were available in the 80s.

Arnie may not have used PCT, as has been suggested by sources, but he was known for stacking dbol and primo together. It is supposedly possible to use primo without any PCT, and still retain gains. Just a thought. He admits to taking "three" Dbol's a day "to retain mass rather than promote gains" but many sources say he was on the stuff virtually non-stop for months and even years! Although it's generally accepted he reduced his intake pre-comp to minimise water retention.
