PCT help!

I have just started my first course of deca & sus & have just become aware of the importance of PCT.
After doing some reading up on it I have found that Nolvadex & Clomid are the most popular drugs to use PCT, the problem for me is that I have no access to these drugs at all so I am going to have to make PCT without them.
Dose anyone know of PCT using supplements & other training methods to keep as much size & strength as possible & to help return the body to its natural state?

Thanks

in 2 words mate - your fcuked!

you need to get some, simple as that! you will lose your gains, your body will take a lot longer for your normal test to get back to normal etc. etc. etc.

if you cant get clomid or nolva, you wond be able to get other meds what could be usind in pct. there is nothing that will help what you can buy from a shop

I have been talking to a friend & he says he should be able to get hold of Nolvadex, will this be enough combined with some supplements?

    Yes.

People tend to bounce back quickly from a first cycle anyway, and although it appears to be heresy, you'd probably recover ok without. Many many people here didn't do a PCT for their first cycle and got through it without problem.

That said, I don't want to give the impression that it's not a hell of a lot better to get that Nolva. So go and get it. Now.

Re-read and you'll see that I said nothing of the sort.

you cant say sh1t like that to people about pct. pct is important. have you got any studies that show blood results before, on and after cycle to back up your comments abut recovering ok on first cycle. probably not. just because someone in the gym said they recovered ok without it doesn't mean they actually did.

in this situation, would it be worth the guy going to the doctors? would anything suitable be available on prescription? no matter what the docs opinion, is he has a duty to treat a patient

if youve just started (i.e. a few days in) come off then till you have access to PCT

    or

continue the course and try like mad to find a new source for PCT

    or look here
