PERFECT PECS

HI GUYS IV BEEN HARD AT IT FOR BOUT 2YRS NOW AND SO FAR IM DOING OK
WHAT I REALLY NEED ADVICE ON IS HOW TO GET THE PERFECT PEC
MY UPPER PECS ARE QUITE SOLID AND ARE ALOT BIGGER THAN BEFORE BUT LOWER PEC IS A DIFF STORY I CANT SEEM TO GET ANY SHAPE UNDERNEATH ALSO I HAVE A BF OF 14% AND I WOULD SAY THAT ITS MOSTLY IN THAT AREA AND AROUND THE LOVE HANDLE AREA DUE TO BULKING
ANY THOGHTS WOULD BE APPRECIATED!

    First off take off caps lock.

    Secondly if it's definition you're lacking then cutting is the answer.

    whats your opinion on cutting while bulking ? can it be done successfully by just lowering fat intake and more cardio? sorry bout the caps

    how can you cut while bulk???????????????????

    one is to add calories into the equation, the other is to take them away.....

    impossible to do both

    Size if achieved from increased mass - either muscle or fat = increased calories.

    Definition is acheived through loss of FAT = reduction of calories.

    Shape if generally determined by genetics.

    Just keep your fat intake reasobably low, not too many saturates and keep up with the cardio. Should keep body fat down a bit.

    Do you think as long at saturated fat is kept low you'll still not gain bodyfat?
    Even if you eat excess carbs and protein?
