PH CYCLE FOR A BEGINNER

hi everyone ! 
i am a 33 y old boy, would like to start my first ph and pct cycle. could anyone suggest me the safest ph on the market ?

i am thinking about lg sciences p bold and form xt (pct), looking for a bit or more mass. but since i am a complete beginner i dont wanna be scared of some sides...so do you agree with my choice ?

how long you been training? what results? honest assessment of shape you are in etc? diet?

i have been training for 13 years... 183 cm 85 kg   10 % fat  
good results, but honestly,  i am at the same level  by 4 years...i think i cannot achieve more than this...so i would like to try ph to get something more

well, there are loads of options, but my first call would be diet, at 6 foot and 13st 5lbs (i'm old school, need to go metric) and 10%, I'm willing to bet your diet could do with a tweak, no change in 4 years mean, to me, you've stagnated, and being very lean is kinda counter productive to getting bigger, to a point.
what's your diet/cals like, and what is your training routine/split and how long has it been the same? PHs aren't always the answer, if you get the other things tweaked and go for a couple of months, then a PH cycle could yield spectacular results, if you just throw it in now, with what I have said above, results could be disappointing.

i am  training 3 to 4 times a week, i change  routine every 6 week( the trainer in the gym gives  me a new plan every 6 - 8 weeks), my diet now is up to 2500 cal , current goal : mass. i try tu push very hard in the gym.
what do you think can be a first ph cycle to support mass? few guys  suggest me lg sciences pbold and form xt, but if you have a better idea just tell me :)  what the mildest one in terms of sides? my first cycle will be more a "ph trial" than a real  cycle to achieve the most possible mass.

epi if your joints are ok but may cause lethargy.
 
to be honest buddy, 2500 cals is **** all if you are trying to grow, for someone your height and size it is very little, given training etc. up your cals, try ''reverse dieting''.
 
you will also need a serm pct.

what pct serm do you suggest me for epistane ? is it safest than lg sciences gbold ?

think you need to do some research, buddy. info on pct can be found on this forum, as to ''safe'', it is all relative.

Epi is stronger but fairly safe if you know what you are doing. lg sciences gbold is more like a stronger test booster what i heard.  Any ph is safe as long as you know what you are doing. Obviously not all of them are for beginners. I can only agree with Simon on your diet.  You need to know what your body needs before you start any cycle, otherwise it will be a disappointment. Diet is before everything. If you want something really mild to start with maybe AMS Hormone regulation kit is for you. Kit comes with 1ad, 4ad and something for pct. Basically everything is covered. I have never used it myself but i know a few guys in my gym who have had nice results from it (like  6-8 pounds in 4 weeks as first timers).

^as above, diet, currently, as an example, me being 6'2", I'm cutting on 2500-3000 per day, cutting! I'm 15 stone on the nose. probably 15% bf.
 
That's 95 kg, even if I take a high BF%, say 5kg, that would still be a cut on more cals than you are using for growth, at a lean 14'7''ish, you see the gap, you need to eat for the size you want to be, start adding in 100cals per day, your choice of source from carbs fat pro, then the next month add another 100, see where it takes you, continue on this until you get to a point when you are getting fat.

thank you very much guys, so i ll improve my diet , and i ll buy ams 1 andro and a pct like  forerunner reboot, what do you think about that? if everything  going th the rigth way, next time i  can try a stronger ph....
