PHD Advanced Mass , Strawberries and Cream

Ive now tried quite a lot of the new PHD range and so far not been disapointed.

A serving is very big . 300g this is a meal and more but if you want to gain weight you have to take onboard the calories.

This is the new Mass Gainer which is really an all in one as it does contain 5g of creatine per serving also some very good additions 6g of MCT oil, 6 g of Flax 4350mg of taurine.

Protein
The protein per 300g serving is 51.9g and the protein is made up of PhD Protein blend (Whey* protein concentrate, Milk protein concentrate {providing 80% micellar casein}, Whey* protein isolate, Whole egg powder.

Thats a decent blend

Its pretty comprehensive here are the nutritionals below.

This is a new Mass Gainer this really is aimed at the people wanting to put some serious mass on which is all very well but most as we know are full of sugar . In a 300g serving only 5.70g of sugar is fantastic in my opinion.

I like this a lot . It tastes good Strawberry cream goes down easy , ive also tried the choc fudge and Vanilla and wouldnt hesitate to recommend any of them. If you want serious calories without the sugar in a all in one shake this is a good choice.
