Id opt for Optimum Nutrition 100% whey over any other, but pharma whey is one of the market leaders.

I think they may have changed the formula compared to a few yrs ago when i first tried it as the taste isnt as nice/sweet but thats maybe a good thing. Tried straw and choc cookies today....straw cream was very nice but i felt choc cookie was pretty average.

Taste is good, ingredient quantities questionable, hence why we don't stock them anymore.

I like it but a little expensive compared to others, what ever you do don't get recovery 2:1 tastes dreadful.

I have tried strawberry which was nice, quite sweet but nice.
In terms of casein, u could get a blend which has whey/casein in it like Reflex peptide or hang fire until monday and BBW are getting there new casein in stock.............never tried it, but if there whey is anything to go by then it should be great

Just googled and seen phd 'apparantly' low dosed protein but havent seen any solid evidence/links to suggest this is true.

I remember hearing the same a while back about PHD, yet another company to have to "reformulate" after suspicions braught up from others, not good.
Shame as i liked there V-Max Pump; which has protein in it aswell, i take it this isnt affected as the standalone protein products lol and no i dont just mean the protein, but the general ingrediant profile being underdosed in every caterogry? Only reason i say this was that i see it on offer sometimes, and having got on well with a sample before wanted to try a tub somestage, not sure if ill bother now tho..

i'm using it atm as i bought a 10 pound bag not so long ago.... it seems ok to me, tastes alright, mixes well... not gotten fat or had any ill effect so i couldn't give a toss if it's 'underdosed'... still haven't seen any proof of it.

    Works for me...

Jindlay, how could a case for libel be brought against anybody who had legitimate proof as to the allegations they've made? It wouldn't have any grounds... it'd be like Will Smith bringing a libel case against me for saying " Will Smith is a Black Guy "

Doink there's been a ton of posts about this explaining why in the past. Look for Papa's old posts on why the co-op would not make results public.

If you choose not to believe a product is underdosed because you personally haven't seen the proof that's entirely up to you.

I used to always buy PHD products when I started out training, mainly because of the nutritional benefits and the taste . Haven't touched them in over a year though after alleged low protein percentages .

What's the worst that could happen?
