PLEASE CHECK MY DIET

Hi guys, i have started a bit of a cutting diet today as i need to lose a far bit of bodyfat and want ya to look at it and see if its ok, gere goes,

MEAL 1. 45g OATS IN WATER,
2 SCOOPS WHEY IN WATER,
1 YAKULT LITE

MEAL 2. 2 SCOOPS WHEY IN WATER,
37.5g TUNA

MEAL 3. 50g BASMATI BROWN RICE (UNCOOKED WEIGHT),
150g CHICKEN,
MIXED ONIONS AND PEPPERS

MEAL 4. 2 SCOOPS WHEY IN WATER,
37.5g TUNA

MEAL 5. STEAK (6oz),
BAKED POTATOE (6oz),
MIXED VEG

MEAL 6. POST-WORKOUT
2 SCOOPS WHEY
1.5 SCOOPS MALTODEXTRIN
MIXED IN WATER

MEAL 7. 1.5 TINS TUNA

I also take CREATINE, GLUTAMINE, MULTI VIT+MINS, VIT.C. and a mixture of EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, PRIMROSE OIL and FLEXSEED OIL.

The above food works out at roughly,

2550 CALS
360g PROT
175g CARBS
45g FAT

Totals do not include oils from above mixture.

What do you guys think, should i change anything to make it better ?

    Hi mate....Im not saying you cant lose weigh on this...but it isnt how I would do it.

    Some of your meal arent complete meals....whey and tuna isnt "balanced" and I dont diet like this, also, I dont see that fat?

    Equally on a cut I would also drop malto / dextro etc PWO too and just have whey

    My recent diet was based around th efollowing

    Whey in water on waking and PWO only...cottage cheese at bed for slow release protein

    Protein to 1.5g per lb of bodyweight.

    5 other meals a day all based round a protein source, one meal of which included oily fish for good fats.

    Minimum of 5 fruit and veg portions daily....typically 8 per day tho.

    Plan a diet that includes all food groups but use portion control according to goals

    Also...cardio is a big big factor in wieght loss.....far better to up your calorie expenditure rather than cut what you consume

    Hi mate, how would you change meals 2 and 4 then, i was having that because it was convenient in work, i can drop the M.D. from the post workout and wat do ya mean when ya say ya cant see the fat ?
