PLEASE CHECK MY DIET
Hi guys, i have started a bit of a cutting diet today as i need to lose a far bit of bodyfat and want ya to look at it and see if its ok, gere goes,
MEAL 1. 45g OATS IN WATER,
2 SCOOPS WHEY IN WATER,
1 YAKULT LITE
MEAL 2. 2 SCOOPS WHEY IN WATER,
MEAL 3. 50g BASMATI BROWN RICE (UNCOOKED WEIGHT),
MIXED ONIONS AND PEPPERS
MEAL 4. 2 SCOOPS WHEY IN WATER,
MEAL 5. STEAK (6oz),
BAKED POTATOE (6oz),
MEAL 6. POST-WORKOUT
2 SCOOPS WHEY
1.5 SCOOPS MALTODEXTRIN
MIXED IN WATER
MEAL 7. 1.5 TINS TUNA
I also take CREATINE, GLUTAMINE, MULTI VIT+MINS, VIT.C. and a mixture of EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, PRIMROSE OIL and FLEXSEED OIL.
The above food works out at roughly,
Totals do not include oils from above mixture.
What do you guys think, should i change anything to make it better ?
