PRO FOOTBALLER TRAINING

Right any idea what top footballers training program would be like ie
(for a forward)

Weights cardio food etc etc

any pro trainers on here know ???

The purpose of this questions is sports performance based and i would like to use a top pro footballer as a role model and so i can become better in health n sports

    snort coke,get really skinny and act like a pansy when someone kicks ur leg....u also need a dodgy haircut like a mullet or poney tail,if u make it really big u could have pig tails and start a new trend!
