PROMAX

Hey!

On thermobol and promax - both Maximuscle products. Hoping to lose fat and define muscles.

I take 1 scoop promax - morning before breakfast (FruitnFibre + Yoghurt) .
Then 1 scoop promax after training.

Will it be better to take a scoop before and after training or should I stick to the morning one?

hey you could have a protein shake at all three points, but could get a little costly using maximuscle.
Id stick to breaky and post workout if your only gna hav it twice a day.
i was looking for a good economical whey and some guys on here recommended a few good ones to me.

ON whey and Dymatize are good products that will be very similar to promax but at a shadow of the cost. might be worth having a look around for some bargains, because as i understand it you only get roughly 32 servings per tub of promx whioch makes it quite expensive!

    hey. thanks for your reply.

i chose maximuscle - as it displayed certin information very well. since im new to this i entrust myself in their products. it is however true that they can be expensive but ive managed to find a good deal for 25 pound a tub.

i just dont feel safe switching to something else. should i be worried switching to something else though?

what about thermobol is that a waste of money - my diet is a low fat one - and high protein.

no i wouldnt say thermobol is a waste of money. It depends if it works for you, obviously not all products have the same effect on everyone.
You certainly wouldnt have to be worried about switching products!

have a look on here http://www.discount-supplements.co.uk
they've got some good deals on whey protein that could save you alot of money.
if you look at Optimum Nutrition whey it works out at less than half the price of promax.

I think you need to get your diet checked out properly in the diet section. btw Fat is good, just ensure you're eating the right kinds. It's pointless really talking about which 'fatburner' to use at this stage as it makes only a tiny difference in real world terms. If your diet is inadequate for your needs, you could gobble umpteen fatburners and not see the results you desire

I do take fat - just not in high in amounts. And I do take the healthy fats.

But I do avoid butter, fats off of meats, chocolates, cheese, fried foods..

and for a good 5 week training - i did notice a difference - as the fat above my hips has reduced and my sort of hip lines are visible (the lines that go straight down) - you know?
