PROTEIN PER POUND

Hi

it is 1gram of protein per 1 pound of bodyweight isnt it? So im 200pounds so therefore need 200grams of protein!

    depends what your aiming to do, cut, bulk etc. The articles on it tell you what you should be looking to eat, macronutrients wise.

    they say about 1.5 - 2g per pound of bodyweight but some people can't tolerate that much protein in one day. try and aim for a good 250g a day though.

    Current stats:
    6 foot; 14 stone

    Bench press: 8 x 115kg
    Squat: 8 x 120kg
    DB shoulder press: 8 x 36kg
