Parking Eye

Right ive got 2 PRIVATE car parking fines here from same car park BUT unless im reading this wrong the dates are wrong
 
1st says
date of event 13 11 2014
date issued 21 11 2014
then under that it says 
payment to be made in 28 days of date issued 19 12 2014 is £70 
then under that it says 
will be discounted to £40 if paid in 14 days of issue 5 12 2014
 
2nd says 
date of event 20 11 2014
date of issue 27 11 2014
then under that it says
payment to be made in 28 days of date issued 25 12 2014 is £70
Then under that it says 
will be discounted to £40 if paid in14 of issue  11 12 2014
 
iam reading this write the dates are wrong or am I reading it wrong

    The dates are right.... 28 and 14 days after the issue date are the dates they stipulate you need to pay by to qualify for the relevant charge amounts

    If I was in England I'd pay, since I'm in Scotland I'd bin it and there's F all they can do about it.

    As it goes where I parked there was no sign and the 1 at the entrance was not visible to me ill have to wait amd see what happens

    The one at the entrance you passed coming in right? Positioned like give way signs etc near to where they need to be. As for waiting and seeing it's one of two outcomes 1) Nothing (as seems to be the suggestion on other sites) or 2) the fine will go up and cost more.
