An absolute belter this morning, feeling stronger than ever. Long may this continue.

Yet another superb session, and boy am I paying for it this morning. Sore is an understatement, my tennis elbow is absolutely killing me and sleep was broken up by the constant waking up with being uncomfortable.

Started off a bit sluggishly, my quads are still feeling the squats the other day so they took a while to warm up. Once in the groove the lifts kept getting better and better. I reckon 200+ is there now. So chuffed with how well everything is going.

Thanks mate, I am loving it. Not so much the days in between with the soreness. Never known DOMS like it.
 
I am on a perma cruise with it, x 2 150 pins a week. Feeling great on it, and reaping the rewards now.

Happiest I've been with my back for ages mate. I don't think I'll ever do Conventional Deads again TBH, using the TB is perfect for me, and my form is pretty bang on.

Did you say you are 2x 150 test a week (300) as a cruise? That's not a cruise, that a low dose cycle.
