Thanks mate. It's not an injury for a change..lol I think it's wear and tear tbh, all these years of being a heavy lump is taking its toll I think. Some days are worse than others. Started stretching and warming up more which is helping a bit. Getting old..ha

Walking the dog this morning was excruciating in the hip area, I honestly can't explain how much discomfort it was in. Strange thing was by lunchtime it had eased off. I wasn't going to train but decided to pill up and smash the legs.

OVERHEAD SQUAT:

3 X 30kg X 5 SETS

LEG PRESS:

50 X 100kg X 3 SETS

ALT SINGLE LEG PRESS:

SLED + 20KG X 10 X 4 SETS

RDL:

12 X 50KGS X 3 SETS

SEATED CALF RAISE:

50 X 30KG X 4 SETS

STANDING CALF RAISE:

50 X 39KG X 4 SETS

SEATED LEG EXTENSIONS:

25 X 30KG X 4 SETS

SEATED HAMSTRING CURLS:

12 X 30KG X 4 SETS

Holy ****, I actually struggled to get down the stairs, and I have zero hip pain. WTF is that about. Could my weight loss be a contributing factor??

Hip has been playing nicely today, had an hours dog walk this morning and it didn't feel as bad as usual. Shoulders today.

SEATED DEADSTOP BB OHP:

15 X 30KG
12 X 40KG
10 X 50KG
08 X 60KG
01 X 65KG
01 X 70KG
01 X 75KG X 5 SINGLES REP ON

Had the bar set just below the chin, and felt pretty strong all the way through.

SEATED DB SHOULDER PRESS:

3 X 10 @ 17.5KGS

STANDING DB LAT RAISE:

4 X 12 @ 7.5KGS

SEATED PLATE RAISE:

4 X 10 @ 15KGS

REAR DELT FLYS:

4 X 12 @ 50KGS

ALT ARM CABLE LAT RAISE:

3 X 10 @ 10KGS

That was it, very enjoyable and quite tough at times.

Yeah it's a machine, but 50kg 4x12 is a fair whack too.
 
My shoulders have changed a lot since adding rear delt work. Wish I did it sooner.
