Pavel Tsatsouline

recommended? I was thinking about getting his book 'power to the people' as his training principles appeal. Has anyone got it and do you rate it? Obviously I dont have access to kettleballs but I presume it wouldnt be a problem.

PTTP is an interesting book - centres around 2 exercises - deadlifts and sidepress - low reps and never to failure and workouts ED. Mostly for strength although there is a routine for hypertrophy.
Russian Kettlebell Challenge is a different book - I like training with Kbells a lot - would be worth getting some good instruction on usage from an RKC registered instructor IMO (which I'm not!!)

The "TECHNIQUES TO BOOST STRENGTH IMMEDIATLY" bit...

squeezing the handles when doing dips really makes a differance, someone posted about this and I tried it and it deffo works.

he was saying if you tighten your abs and your butt then you'll have a lot more power (eg squeezing a gripper) than without tightening
