Peanut butter? Preworkout / breakfast shake.

I'm always in a rush in the morning, so decided to just add my oats in my morning shake (USN Muscle Fuel) i add 2 scoops of powder with 5 tablespoons of oats. Thinking of adding peanut butter, but how much shall i put in and what brands shall i buy?

Also is there anything else i should be putting in?

I want to gain lean muscle mass while slowly putting on weight. I'm 175cm 70kg, low body fat.

    Hmmmmm Peanut Butter...
I have the organic whole earth one, its available in most supermarkets. It has no added suger etc.
I have a teaspoon full with my shake 3x a day, as currently cutting and using it to get some additional healthy fats and oils in, plus it's like a little treat.

Work out how many calories are per tablespoon and then if it fits in with your total calorie intake.  If you don't want to increase your calorie intake, then decrease the oats and add some PB.

You sure that is for a teaspoon and not a tablespoon?

Seems very high for a teaspoon, then there is teaspoon and a steeped teaspoon!
