Peanut butter -any ideas?


I know that the stuff is full of protein.
But i also know that i dont really like the taste. Any ideas on mixing it up with something.

would adding a spoonful or two in a whey shake be good? and at what time?
Any other ideas????

    take a slice of wholewheet bread and spread it on, cover with choppeed banana, microwave for 30 secs

    Try Tahini, this is made from sesame seeds so has got better fats in it and is not as sweet as peanut butter...it has a slight bitter taste

    If you don't like it, don't eat it! It doesn't have that much protein that it has to be a staple in your diet. There are lots of better nuts like cashews and pistachios you could just munch after a meal or something. My problem is I eat WAY too much PB!!

    Peanutbutter does not contain a lot of protein, however it does contain a lot of calories, wich is good for bulking you know :).
