squat 125kg 4 sets of 7 - doing the7 rep day like tempo squats, feels pretty good

bench 4 x 4, 125kg
pause DL 3 x 3, 145kg
close grip bench press 3 x 3, 115kg
bent over row 5 x 5, 90kg
 
close grip with hands inside gnurling, on this bar it's pretty close, maybe 3 or 4 inches between hands.  Very hard to unrack the bar but the reps were solid.  Close grip feels much easier off the chest than normal grip.

Solid progression in here mate.

Why is your CG so CG? CG shouldn’t be that CG!. You still want wrists to be in an optimal position.

no real reason, I just tried it that way on week 1 and it didn't hurt so I kept doing it.  Making it a bit wider would probably allow me to unrack unassisted though...  So yeah, I'll change that.
