Double check that number that's not your blood testosterone level.

Anything at or below 8nmol qualifies you to TRT on the NHS. Most NHS endo's are clueless when it comes to testosterone replacement therapy though. With your low SHBG you require at least 2 injections of around 50-80mg per shot weekly, though a blood test (and how you feel) after 6 weeks on TRT will normally dictate your dosage. Nebido would be useless for you at one injection per month. You'd need enanthate or cypionate, maybe Sustanon 250 with its 4 different esters. Testogel (it's a gel not a spray) does work though it's 10 times more expensive than injectable testosterone so unlikely to be given out on the NHS (maybe I'm wrong). Pro hormones are no good for long term testosterone supplementation. If you want to keep your fertility (and your balls) you would require HCG alongside the testosterone, though I don't know if the NHS supply this. Bear in mind testosterone replacement therapy is usually for the rest of your life.

    Hey thanks for reply ....

So your the 2nd person to say I should inject twice a week because of my low shbg? Why is that? And I have got a plan ... if they don’t help me I will mostly do it my self but I’m just a pussy when it comes to the law lol I read so much about steroids being legal for personall use but then again some say you can only get with a prescription so it’s a grey area.... I have a site ( witch I won’t name ) and seems legit and a guy I kinda know ( online games ) ha ... has said it’s legit as he does cycles from it... I just don’t want to order test and then police show up at my door lol

Here is my thoughts though on self trt

    Once a week: 200mg Test E or C

Monday and Thursday: 500iu HCG and 1mg ArimideX

Those with low SHBG excrete the majority of their testosterone into their urine quite fast and Free T levels bounce all over the place as a result. You basically don't hold onto your testosterone very well. You shouldn't be targeting high testosterone injections as you can't hold onto most of what's injected, however you will hold onto the estrogen that is converted from the high testosterone. Lower more frequent doses will keep your testosterone levels much more stabilised and keep estrogen in check.

Please do not use the adex unless really needed. If you crash your estrogen which is likely on the dosage you're suggesting, you will be in a world of hurt. Start off on a quarter tab (0.25mg) weekly to see if that brings down estrogen if it's high. If that doesn't work, after one month up it to 0.25mg twice weekly. Even that is way too much for many.

Bear in mind that possession of steroids for self use is not illegal. Only distributing without a licence is.

As Pegasus said don't use Adex if you are TRT'ing there should be no need for it plus you don't need 200mg ew that's a low dose cycle, start with 125mg ew (split if you wish) and get tested, a lower dose should negate the use of a harsh med like Adex...PS i'm 110kg's and been training for circa 30 years cycling for 25, I now self TRT n blast at an age of 55 and my TRT dose is 125-150 mg ew which maintains my mass, virility and wellbeing if you're large then you might need a tad more Test to maintain those gains?

Unfortunately if you go down the NHS route your endo will likely be clueless in regards to TRT and put you on a regime that will be far from optimal. You need to explain to him with your low SHBG you will require frequent small dose injections rather than higher dose weekly, fortnightly or monthly injections. Test boosters are a load of bollox.

I'd start on 60mg of enanthate every 3.5 days then get bloods done after 6 weeks and see where I stand. Obviously how you actually feel on that dose will also play an important factor. You may have to increase or decrease your dose. Many on TRT inject subq (insulin syringe into the stomach area) though it's not essential, just cuts down on scar tissue from bigger needles seeing that you'll usually be pinning for pretty much the rest of your life.
