Iâ€™m currently using PP and gained a huge 7lb in just over 1 week, which a high % will no doubt be water but I am also using M5-AA in order to combat water retention as read that it helps.
My bf% does not seem to have gone up which is good and I have been gaining a steady 1lb per week after the initial surge. Strength is coming on nicely breaking a few pbs in my 3rds week.
My diet is 90% clean at 5,000 cals per day and I train weights heavy 3 times per week, 2 kick-boxing session per week and 1 tabbata session per week using weights and punch bag.
