I'm doing a photoshoot for my portfolio next Friday so I can hopefull get some work.
I've worked pretty hard, cut down to around 9% bodyfat but obviously want to look my best on the day.
What's the best routine for the week ahead? I'll be shooting around 9am NEXT friday (not this week).
So thinking a dehydration routine? How to do this? What kind of training should I do during the week? High rep to keep me pumped?
I plan to cut carbs pretty much completely starting Monday. I have a pretty low carb diet as it is so I'm not too worried about this.
Supplement wise, I have NOS (Arginine Alpha-Ketogluterate), Multivitamins, Dandelion Root (diauretic?) and Vanadyl Sulphate. Can always get more.
Will hit the sunbeds too and a chestwax booked in for tomorrow! :D
nb: I'm looking at fitness/swimwear modelling work so I want to look ripped but I'm not a bodybuilder and wont be having a sub-5% bodyfat look or anything.
