And then dairy products, like whey, and meat have mammal based oestrogens.
Bodybuilders are scared sh1tless about the plant based phyto-ostrogens, but not the mammal based oestrogens. Just goes to show where the priorities are...
if i was easily scared, then surely i would avoid the stronger mammal oestrogens rather than weak plant based ones?
Anyways, no need to worry about your peanut butter sandwhiches (oh no, there are phyto-oestrogens in the wheat as well!!!!)
