Pics Of My Current Condition!!

All, here are some pics of my current condition:

As i've probably mentioned to a few of you before, i have only ever pi$$ed around so far with on and off training, just training every now and then, whenever i found the time. And hadn't been eating or sleping right / enough. But im going to make a serious commitment now!!, and get it right from all angles.

So you can use this pic as a comparison 6months - year down the line from when i start my 'regime'. Im waiting to move house potentially soon (within a month or two) afterwhich im going to get some more weights, a rack etc. So i'll post again when the hardcore bulking starts. For now, any thoughts / comments?

You have one of those physiques that looks like it has good potential with some mass added on it..... hard to explain, small but balanced, add 40-50lbs of lean mass to that structure and it would look impressive I think - I have nothing on which to base this opinon, just something that comes across to me, like a psychic, MysticVest

TT, im about 5 foot 9/10 and currently weight 11.5 stone (or 161 lb). Which is funny as your article on bulking said something about being aimed at a 160 lb person in there, in terms of diet.

A pointer i should say (as this may or may not be relevant) is that from late teens, say 17, i was 10.5 stone. Not an ounce more, not an ounce less. I used to do kickboxing for years, and everytime i had a competition, i was weighed, and everytime i was 10.5 stone PRECISELY. I stayed at 10.5 stone from about 17 years old till about 26-27 years old. I could not lose an ounce, nor put an ounce on no matter what i did.

As i got a bit older, and my metabolism slowed, and started to train more with weights, i remember weighing myself round a friend's house one day, and i was 11.5 stone, and 11.5 stone (on the dot) i've stayed ever since. Not losing or gaining an ounce. But i have eaten mederately to be honest, and im sure im not consuming more calories than im burning, which will obviously change once i start the bulking diet. On a 'bodymass index' (if you believe in those), my GP has said that im right slap bang in the middle of the ideal weight someone for my height should be. But that's gonna change if i put on mass... but it'll be lean mass eventually i hope.

Cheers Gaz! - bear in mind that i wont start the training seriously until after i move, and am settled. Which will be in a month, maybe two. Then i can get my home setup as i want. I dont have spare time for the gym you see. So that's why im asking all the questions now and getting it nailed right beforehand.

So, just to clarify, how much did you weigh from the ages of 17 - 26?

I weighed 10.5 stone. Every single time i weighed myself it was 10.5 on the line. not an ounce under or over. This is with various scales too. If they were properly allingned, which they were, it was always 10.5

If someone told that to me i probably woldnt believe them, but since its happened to myself then i have to.

    Edit:
I can see your confusion now. I wrote "17 til 26-27", but it would have been clearer to say "17 - 26/27" as i wasnt sure of the final age.

Assuming you're not joking. 10.5 stone from 17-26.

So that's nearly 9 years that you couldn't get any heavier than 11.5 stone, from the ages of 17-26. That must've been annoying.

P.S. I'm kidding with ya. You've made it very clear how much you weighed!

Regarding your pics, excellent base to start with. Looks like you have good potential, pal.
