Good Arm Workout PK. I know you are itching to do some leg work. I do understand how frustrated you are feeling. Keep your chin up and stop worrying. You still have big, hairy, sexy legs. I love 'em!

Back Workout - 5pm Monday

Incline Rows

28kg x 8
30kg x 6
30kg x 7

Pull ups

All sets with bodyweight only - 8, 8, 4, 5

One Arm Seated Row

27.5kg 8, 8

Good workout, felt strong on incline rows this week so I went up to 30kgs. Pull ups without weight felt wierd as all I've done pullup wise for the last 3-4 months is 5x5, thought I would of got more reps. I only did the 4th set as the 3rd was poor. Seated row was good too, used pretty slow eccentrics on that.

LOL Robert, you'll have to blame Angel Delight for that, shes a bit of a nymphomaniac! I tell you the things she can do with an EZ Curl Bar boggles the mind!

I'm using incline rows at the moment as I have a dodgy back. Basically set a bench to a pretty low incline, I use 30 degrees, then sort of lay on/straddle it and perform rows with DBs, I'm doing them with my elbows flared about 45 degrees, so its more of a mid back than lat movement. They're not bad.

Chest - 1:30pm Tuesday

FCUKETY FCUKETY FCUK!

Bench Press, 1-6 System

3 warm up sets
107.5kg x 1
87.5kg x 6
110kg x 1
90kg x 6
112.5kg x 1
92.5kg x 6

Incline DB Press, 30 Degrees

28kg x 8
30kg x 7
32kg x 5

DB Cuban Press

8kg x 8, 8, 8

Well this workout went alright weights wise. Everything increased, also had a comedy moment when trying to unrack 112.5kg, I tried to lift the bar but pushed myself down the bench instead lol.
I've injured myself again unfortunately, neck/shoulder injury, the same thing that kept me out of the gym for 18 months before, infraspinatus I think. Hurts to lift my arm to have a drink, let alone anything else, will pop some pills for it when I go to bed.

Thats it really, not happy.

yeah, yeah, jealousy will get you nowhere! The last time I used the adductor machine was just to show a member how to use it correctly. I had the whole stack on it and I still couldn't feel it, so it's unlikey I'll be ever be using that again, now I'm intitiated to the hardcore world of free weights!

Back + Biceps, Wednesday 9am

Pull ups, various grips, all with bodyweight

8, 8, 5 or 6 ish I cant remember.

Upper Back Machine

40kg x 8
45kg x 8
50kg x 8
55kg x 6

Band Facepulls

2x15

Incline Biceps Curls

14kg 2x8

External Rotations

4kg 3x8

This workout is 3 days late as I've been feelin pretty knackered and generally ****e so I had about a week off.

Also I've decided to ditch the arm day.

Pull ups were good today, I've found by holding my knees slightly infront of me I get no pressure on my lumbar spine, definately makes them a bit harder though. First 2 sets weren't to bad, 3 set was a mofo.

Next I used a back machine, it pretty closely imitates the incline rows I was doing as far as the movement goes. The main reason I used it was so I wouldnt have to pick up heavy dumbbells and get them in position. I've not used it before and I have to say I was pleasantly suprised, I'm gonna stick with this machine while my back is healing.

Did face pulls with bands, mainly for blood flow and also for the rear delts. Thats it really, pretty high reps.

Finished with 2 set of incline curls which were crap and then 3 sets of dumbbell external rotations. I'm going to do the latter at the end of every workout as I can feel my internal rotators are getting too strong in comparison. My left shoulder is noticebly weaker on these, not suprising since that was the injured shoulder.

Anyway I'd give todays workout an 8 out of 10.
