I'm just his perfect fantasy Rob. To PK, I am like "Forbidden Fruit"!!!! He is desperate for a piece, but he is not allowed!!!!

He trained me today, and by the end of it he was a quivering wreck. The sight of my defined triceps were driving him crazy during the dips!!!!

Cheeky bird! Forbidden fruit!? I wont say what you like to do with fruit!

Also AD you were the one that want me to train you with my top off!

I must admit though I did want to lick your triceps when you were doing dips.

4pm Friday - Chest, Delts, Triceps

Bench Press 1-6 System

110kg x 1
90kg x 6
112.5kg x 1
92.5kg x 6
115kg x 1
95kg x 6

30 Degree Incline DB Press

30kg x 8
32kg x 7, 4

DB Shoulder Press, sat on swiss ball

8kg x 10
10kg x 10
12kg x 9

Close Grip Bench Press

80kg x 4
70kg x 6

Laying DB External Rotations

4kg x 10, 6, 6

Good workout today. The benching was good, felt strong, I'm definately not on my max on there at the moment. Inclines were hard as always, got really sweaty doing them!

Today was the first time I've done a shoulder press since my impingement 2 years ago. Its amazing how hard this was, weights were so low! I'm doing them sat on a ball to intentionally limit how quickly I progress with the weight. Plus its one hell of a core workout!

Had a bit of an adding error when I loaded up the bar for the close grip bench. I meant to have 70kg on there but put 80kg on by mistake, did 4 reps then the 5th went half way up and then came back down and I was laying there with a barbell crushing me to death! Nice! Dropped to 70kg for the 2nd set for 6 reps, I do miss the heavy weights I used to shift on this while on westside, nevermind.

Finished with the now mandatory external rotations.

So pleased you didn't get crushed with that bar PK. I'd miss playing with your swiss balls.

The 1-6 system is recognised, I cant remember who wrote the article I read about it. Charles Poliquin maybe. Basically the heavy single rep 'supercharges' your nervous system so when you lower the weight for the next set you can do more reps than you could had you not done the heavy single. I thinks its a good method to use on the primary exercise of each workout.

Bodyweight Pullups

8, 8, 6

Upper Back Machine

45kg x 8
50kg x 8
55kg x 8
60kg x 8

Prone, Rear Delt Raise

5kg x 10
6kg x 10
8kg x 10

Seated DB Curls

14kg x 8, 8, 6

Plate Curls

2.5kg 8, 8

Lever Work

2 x 8

DB External Rotations

4kg x 10, 7, 7

Bar Hang

BW 30 secs
+10kg 20 secs

wow thats a lot of sets today!
All the core exercises, pullups, back machine and the curls went well. I played around with some grip stuff today, I'll keep them in I think. The plate curls were so hard I couldnt believe it! For the lever work I just used a bodybar held about 3 inches from the end and it gave me enough resistance. It probably only weighs 3kgs but for a grip noob it was enough! Bar hangs were good, they are definately getting better so I held a DB with my feet on the second set. I reckon I'll have sore forearms tomorrow!

Chest, Shoulders, Triceps - Thursday 8pm

Bench Press 1-6 System

112.5kg x 1
92.5kg x 6
115kg x 1
95kg x 6
117.5kg x 1
97.5kg 6 ish - see below

Incline DB Press, 30 Degree Bench

32kg x 8, 7, 4

Ball, Seated DB Shoulder Press

10kg x 10
14kg x 9
16kg x 8

JM Press

EZ Bar+30kg x 5
EZ Bar+20kg x 8

DB Ext Rotations

4kg x 10, 8, 7

ok so this workout was pretty good. I almost didnt do it as I was knackered from a very long day work wise. Bench Press went well, the new weight for the final single went up well. On the fith rep of the final set I kind of lost control of the bar and it shot up over my head, Angel Delight grabbed it to regain control thinking I was failing. I then went to do one more rep. I will count this as a success.

Incline DB press was hard, I really dont like it! Shoulder press was good on the ball. I planned to go 10kg, 12kg then 14kg but some gimp was doing his 50 sets of back extension DB curls so I went straight to 14kg. It felt ok so tried 16s, that was pretty hard to keep control of the ball.

The JM Press was hard, its really is evil at the bottom of the rep. Probably should of used 25kg on the bar for both sets.

It was a pleasure to assist you Lord Pike. It was a very productive workout. Your upperbody looked enourmous compared to the rest of the guys working out tonight.

I know you are a guy and you can't accept failure, but I came to your rescue in that last Bench Press as your arse was on fire. I thought that was a sure sign that you were struggling.

Back + Biceps, Tuesday 5pm

Bodyweight Pull ups

8, 8, 7

Upper Back Machine

55kg x 8
60kg x 8
65kg x 8, 6

Ball Prone, Rear Delt Raises

7kg 3x8

Ball Seated DB Curls

14kg 8, 8, 6

Plate Curls

5kg 2x8

Lever Work

2x8

Ext Rotations

4kg 10, 8, 7

Bar Hang

+20kg 30 secs, 25 secs

ok so thats another back workout done and dusted. I think it went pretty well. Got an extra rep on the final pull up set, I did have more in me but at the moment I am staying away from failure. Back Machine was good, the chest pad on that thing is a nightmare, I reckon it would be more comfortable if it just had a big spike! The rear delts were hard, there were these hunchback skinny bitches doing this with 20kgs, well they were trying to do it! Shocking form, they were looking at me funny with my 7kg bells. DB curls were hard, couldnt get any extra reps this week.

Plate curls were horrible, I used more weight this time as it turns out I was doing them wrong before. Lever work was productive I think and the bar hangs were good. I'll give this workout a 7 out of 10.
