Pimp My Diet - Critiques Please!

Hi guys, first post here from a longtime reader.

Personal Details:
Age - 24
Height - 6'1"
Weight - 195lbs
BF - 15% (est)

Have been training off and on for about 5 years, solidly for the last 9 months in which I've gained about 18lbs, adding a couple of % BF in the process. Looking to cut down a bit, ideally to around 10% BF or less (I know some might say I should bulk more first but for me getting the BF down is priority at the moment). Started this diet last week, protein and calorie figure are my rough guesses:

Item, Protein, Calories
0730 2 Scoops Whey in Water, 35g, 150cals
0830 2 Wholemeal Toast + Spread, 10g, 200cals
0830 Pint Skimmed Milk, 20g, 195cals
1100 1/2 Protein Bar, 25g, 175cals
1100 Banana, 100cals
1230 Chicken Breast, Potatoes, Veg, 40g, 450cals
1500 1/2 Protein Bar, 25g, 175cals
1500 25g nuts, 10g, 150cals
1500 Apple, 100cals
1800 2 Scoops Whey in Water, 35g, 150cals
1800 10ml Flaxseed Oil, 120cals
1830 Weights (Mon/Wed/Fri)
1830 Cardio (Tues/Thus/Sat)
1930 PWO 2 Scoops Whey, 35g, 150cals
2030 Tuna Steak, Wholemeal Pasta, 40g, 450cals
1130 2 Scoops Whey in Water, 35g, 150cals

Totals 310g, 2715cals

Concerned that my overall calorie intake is too high for a cutting diet, what do the rest of you think? Where could I cut a few calories out - perhaps skip the late night shake? Any other general advice is much appreciated. I'm planning to run clen and ECA (2 week alternate cycles for a total of 8 weeks) for a little extra help.

Training is a 3 day split Mon/Wed/Fri, approx 1 hour. Cardio is 40-50 mins Tue/Thu/Sat, generally jogging or rowing.

Look forward to hearing your thoughts,

Cheers,
Dan

If calories are a concern omit this

    1800 10ml Flaxseed Oil,
I'd swop this for the end of the day, may interefer with PWO shake absorption
    1830 Weights (Mon/Wed/Fri)
    1830 Cardio (Tues/Thus/Sat)
    1930 PWO 2 Scoops Whey, 35g, 150cals

    1130 2 Scoops Whey in Water, 35g, 150cals
Not a good last meal, something slower to digest

    Totals 310g, 2715cals

Well laid out diet. Consider reducing (insulinogenic) starchy carbs in favour of fibrous (filling carbs) carbs like veg, if your energy levels suffer or weights drop you could up them again temporarily. At your size and activity levels your current diet would possibly be effective for a cut. Time will tell. IMO only implement the calorie drop if you find the diet isn't working.
