Dude how r u?
Sorry for the slow reply, I haven't been on here for a while.
It turns out my knee injury was a torn meniscus, I was in a lot of pain before I went on holiday so went for a scan.
I spent two weeks soaking up the sun on the Jersey Shore with the world's most uncomfortable knee brace.
I'm back in the gym (for the past 4 weeks) only really doing upper body work, which is sending me into all kinds of miserable funks.
I'm currently rehabbing the knee and it is boring as all hell, which is not adding to my mood.
I think I'm starting to resemble a tube of toothpaste and even though I know it's in my head, I feel as if I can actually feel my leg muscles atrophying.
Every time I see someone squatting I want to scream.
Anyway, I don't really like to share my negativity too much so I have been avoiding coming on here, even though I know all you guys are incredibly supportive and helpful.
Hopefully I'll be back with some weight in the next few weeks.
