Surprised you have dysmorphia but can understand it. Remember, your perspective is not always the true reality.

Cheers mate, not to worry.

Dude how r u?

Hey Bud,
Sorry for the slow reply, I haven't been on here for a while.
It turns out my knee injury was a torn meniscus, I was in a lot of pain before I went on holiday so went for a scan.
I spent two weeks soaking up the sun on the Jersey Shore with the world's most uncomfortable knee brace.
I'm back in the gym (for the past 4 weeks) only really doing upper body work, which is sending me into all kinds of miserable funks.
I'm currently rehabbing the knee and it is boring as all hell, which is not adding to my mood.
I think I'm starting to resemble a tube of toothpaste and even though I know it's in my head, I feel as if I can actually feel my leg muscles atrophying.
Every time I see someone squatting I want to scream.
Anyway, I don't really like to share my negativity too much so I have been avoiding coming on here, even though I know all you guys are incredibly supportive and helpful.
Hopefully I'll be back with some weight in the next few weeks.

Hang in there mate you'll soon be squatting again, you need to get fixed properly first then hit hard when your sorted, I'm in a similar sort of position but I cant work my upper due to a sub acromial bursa (dodgy shoulder), the joys of weight training I suppose

Geez mate! Ended up in a brace? Ouch.

Glad to hear you had a good trip though and you're back in the gym.

The fact you were at maximal strength just before will make recovery happen faster. You won't lose that much muscle that quickly either mate. Keep training upper body and do your rehab you will be back in no time!

Perhaps you could use this to your advantage and pop some osta for it's touted recovery abilities?

Question
I have 3303 and some 4033,just started 3303 10mg in one go, I know the half life is short if it won't work then I'll split the dose after a week or so. Was wondering about adding 4033 should a I?

What would be doing what?
They are very similar in action.
They are both similar in results.
And probably "feel" similar.
Not quite the same as, but I'm thinking it's like adding test to test.
Run each solo.
See what they do.
Adjust from there.

True
Was just thinking about half life, but will run solo for a while and adjust if needed.
Thanks mate
