Day 12

Legs

Squat 5x6 @ 140kg
Followed by 20 sets of different leg exercises

Today was a lazy day, I felt my body had given me a good amount of solid work this week so had a movement more than strength day. Nothing else to report.

Will be taking week 2 bloods on Sunday

None so far, but strength is bouncing back nicely.

Day 13

Deadlift

Deadlifts 10x5 @ 200kg at speed

Not a great session today, felt out of sorts all day. Lack of focus mentally probably due to a couple of work issues, Cranked out some speed Deadlifts, just needed to keep moving. Will be having a word with myself.

Day 14

Rest day

Will be taking blood later today.
For me this is always the most exciting point of a new PED, I get to see what the chemical is doing to my body from the inside.

I realise this but the latest ones I found were close to 10 years old. Most sarm trials are less then 3 months, so it isn't the length of the trial that is an issue. Sends alarm bells to me that maybe it didn't perform as well as expected or had some unwanted sides and was dropped.

Day 15

Enforced rest day.

I woke up today with serious strain in my hip flexors, absolute agony to straighten up. Struggled through work had to give the workout a miss.

Day 16

Back

Bent Row pyramid up to 2x8 @120kg
Followed by a 15 supersets of back exercises and then 5 drop set finishers.

Had a little twinging when straightening today but nothing like yesterday. Long day at work but once I hit the gym felt full of energy. I guess 2 rest days really contributed to my energy levels, but my strength was up from my last back session so that's something to report. All ancillary lifts came in higher.

I think I'm going to start pushing more volume into my workouts.

Okay, this is an interesting subject.
SARMs, like all other drugs, start off with a theoretical idea of their effects, they then get created with research money and tested.
SARMs were/are pretty much theoretical drugs that are targeted for specific illness related symptoms (muscle wasting and osteoporosis).
Obviously this was always going to be of great interest to those who want to increase muscle mass. So once the formulas became known, production started.
Some potential SARMs have stopped being tested, as either they aren't effective for the medical reasons they were first designed or others have shown better potential.
This has not stopped production, as their recreational uses are of value. But, if you have a life threatening illness, which causes osteoporosis or muscle wasting you'll have to wait a while before you can get SARMS on your medical insurance.
It is interesting to note that before SARMs were even created, the theory of their effectiveness was enough to get them put on WADA's banned list

Day 17

Chest

Bench pyramid up to 2x140kg
Followed by 20 supersets of chest

Really enjoyed the top end bench, probably could've gone heavier if I had a spotter.
Used supersets in my ancillary lifts to add some volume. Triceps felt trashed by the end of the session. My weights were up on all of the exercises.

Day 18

Legs

Squat pyramid up to 2x2 @ 200kg
Followed by 2o sets of leg exercises.

Felt strong during the squats and all the ancillary used more weight, strength seems to be progressing nicely.
Something unusual today, I took my dose at around 1pm (I have upped my dose to 15mg per day, 5mg am & 10mg 1pm), on my way to the gym I started to feel very buzzy and aggressive. I don't tend to have mood reactions to products so this is strange for me. I will monitor this for the next few days.
I upped my dosage to 15mg on day 15 and will run with that until the end (day 28)

Would you say this LGD is better than LGD 4033

For me my solo LGD 4033 run wasn't that great, I got some weight increase but lost body composition, I also felt tired and slow.
The 3303, so far, is head & shoulders above that, I have energy, body comp is looking well (on maintenance calories) and strength is following some linear progression.
I think LGD 4033 had it's place in a SARM stack, maybe:
LGD 4033
Osta
MK677 (not a SARM, I know)

But depending on how my bloods come back, 3303 would probably replace the 4033 in that stack

Day 19

Deadlift

So after 3 weeks of getting back in to training with no targeted training plan, this happened:

 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_u6gUYU2FE

300kg picked up and put down.
I know the technique is a bit rocky, the economy of movement is fairly terrible (watch the bar travel around my knees on it's way up), but I did get it up, so I'm happy with that.

I didn't plan on going for the 300 today but the 280 came up so quickly I thought I'd go for it.

Day 20 & 21 Rest

Week 2 bloods came back, a little late which is annoying.

So, there shows a lowering in Test & SHBG,
LH, FSH & DHEA are smack bang in the middle of normal.

I'll be adding some extra DAA to my protein shakes, to combat this.

Testing again at the end of Week 4

Day 22

Back

Trained Back at some increased volume today, trained with the friend who's started to take his training a bit more seriously.
Volume came in at 30 supersets, after the session my back looked massive, super pumped.
