Please Check my diet out.

I'm currently on a bulking diet. 6ft 1, 18stone BMI 20%

6.15 wake

7am 4 weebabix and 40g whey

10am 75g pasta,200g chicken, veg 5ml flax

12.30 wholemeal pita bread, salad, banana, 2g fish oil

3pm 40g whey, banana,peanut butter, 40g oats

4.30 weight train

5.30 30g whey, banana 25g dextrose

7pm rugby train, Having water and dextrose througth out.

9.30pm 40g whey, 3 weetabix, banana, all put in a blender.

22.30 2 weetabix.

    22.30 meal have slow digesting proteins here instead of the weetabix, e.g. cottage cheese or whey with milk.

    12.30pm - Where is the protein source here? ? ? have solid, lean protein from chicken, turkey, steak, etc...

    22.30pm - Keep the weetabix here, but again have solid, lean protein from chicken, turkey, steak, etc...

    Doesnt seem like a lot of food for someone of your weight and also the exercise and activity you do.

    More ideas here...

    7am 4 weebabix and 40g whey (SWAP WHEY FOR 6-8 EGG WHITES)

    10am 75g pasta,200g chicken, veg 5ml flax

    12.30 wholemeal pita bread, salad, banana, 2g fish oil (ADD 150G OF LEAN PROTEIN)

    3pm 40g whey, banana,peanut butter, 40g oats

    4.30 weight train

    5.30 30g whey, banana 25g dextrose (ADD MORE SLOW RELEASE CARBS IF YOUR GOING RUGBY TRAINING)

    7pm rugby train, Having water and dextrose througth out.

    9.30pm 40g whey, 3 weetabix, banana, all put in a blender.

    22.30 2 weetabix.(ADD SLOW RELEASE PROTEIN E.G. COTTAGE CHEESE)

    I do have chicken or tuna at 12.30pm, I'd forgot to put in down.

    What slow carbs could I use?

    Cous Cous
    Beans
    Lentils
