7am 4 weebabix and 40g whey
10am 75g pasta,200g chicken, veg 5ml flax
12.30 wholemeal pita bread, salad, banana, 2g fish oil
3pm 40g whey, banana,peanut butter, 40g oats
4.30 weight train
5.30 30g whey, banana 25g dextrose
7pm rugby train, Having water and dextrose througth out.
9.30pm 40g whey, 3 weetabix, banana, all put in a blender.
22.30 2 weetabix.
