Please check my cutting diet
Right hopefully this is my final diet
Im currently 13 stone.
Hoping to loose the belly i gained while i was bulking.
I dont know my bodyfat
I do weights on Monday, Wed and Friday. I intend to do cardio at 8pm every other night.
Will the diet below also help em keep/build muscle?

7am 4 egg whites 1 yolk 40g
100g Oats, Scoop Whey, flax seed oil
9.30am 2 scoops whey, Â½ banana , 200ml milk, peanut butter, pumpkin seeds
12pm tin tuna, 2 wholemeal bread, fruit, salad, low ft yogurt, Nuts
3pm 2 scoops whey, Â½ banana , 200ml milk, peanut butter , pumpkin seeds
5.30pm 200g Turkey, 50g Rice with veg
8.15pm 50g Whey & 50g maltidextrin
9.15pm 150g Mackerel, 2 wholemeal pitta bread, tomatoes lettuce , low fat mayo
200g cootage cheese mixed with small tin of tuna, 2 wholemeal bread Flax oil
