Veg in the 12pm, 5.30pm and 9.15pm meal.

5 scoops of whey per day isnt that bad is it? (not including my PWO shake...but this is a must)

I might change the shake at 9.30am to 200g cottage cheese and 1 pitta bread.

    Would that be better?

hen, havent we been through your diet a week ago? ? ?

Can you do cardio first thing on a morning? ? ?

Drop the malto PWO if you want.

Leave the complex, slower carbs for PPWO.

Training day diet looks ok, perhaps replace the 2 scoops of whey at 3pm with casein or solid food.

On cardio days, what do you eat before you go? ? ? And how long is it from that meal until you go and do the cardio? ? ?

I would be eating Spag Bol or meat and potatoes with veg.

This meal would be at 5.30pm and then i would do the cardio at around 7.30pm

You could replace that meal with a protein and fat one, if the goal is fat loss and its at a lowish intensity.

This is my dinner so i would ideally like to keep that meal.

If i had cottage cheese and flax at around 9pm then did cardio at 10pm and bed at 11pm, would this be ok?

No, because then you'd be going to bed after cardio with nothing to eat.

Leave the meal before hand if you must.

So a protein and fat meal before cardio (say two hours before)

Then a meal with high protein and some carbs about 30 mins later

Go easy on the carbs after the cardio if its low intensity, but include some, protein and fat meal before, yes.
