Please check out my diet and add any ideas!
I'm hoping you can check out my diet and give me any constructive criticism and tips to improve it in order for me to smash on some weight! To be honest I've never been great with my diet but lately I've been following this one! Any advise would be greatly appreciated! Here goes!
weight: 14 and a half stone
height: 6 foot 2
Applied nutrition critical mass weight gainer (protein 52g, carbs 155g and 920 cals per serving)
General multi vitamins
Vitamin b complex
Typical daily routine:
8:00am- 5 egg white scrambled on 2 wholemeal toasts. 1 cup of oatmeal mixed with semi skimmed milk. 1 serving of weight gainer
11:00am- 1 tuna sandwich on wholemeal bread. 1 apple. 2 bananas. 1 glass of semi skimmed milk
2:00pm- 1 chicken breast and a cup of white rice with side portion of spinach salad. 1 banana. 1 glass of semi skimmed milk
5:00pm- 1 serving of weight gainer and 1 apple
8:00pm- 1 large rump steak and pasta with a side portion of green veg. 1 glass of milk
11:00pm- 1 serving of weight gainer and an orange
This is varied slightly day to day but pretty much similar most weeks. I also snack on nuts between meals and drink at least 2 litres of water per day.
