Please check this mass routine!

Is this routine ok to start for someone who has been training for 4 months? I have taken it form Frankie NY's mass building program.
I will be doing it Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.

Cheers for the input guys


DAY 1 – PULL

Deadlifts
Barbell Rows
Barbell Curls

DAY 2 – PUSH
Flat Barbell Bench Press
Barbell Shoulder Presses
Close Grip Bench Press

DAY 3 – LEGS

FrontSquats
Calf Raises (3x12)
Weighted Crunches (3x12)

    The routine in itself is fine, I'm not sure I'd give it some whos only been training 4 months though. I think I would get him doing 5x5 possibly 4x6 on the first exercise each workout and then 3x8 on the rest. Also you have the issue of form, whats his form like after 4 months? Will he be able to maintain form under a heavy load?
