Please critizise my diet

Hello all, My objective is to increase mass and strength. My goal just now is to put on half a stone and half a stone after that.

I am currently 23 years of age and I am 5'7" and currently weigh 9 and a half stone.

BREAKFAST :

Large bowl of oats with two tablespoon of raisns and dried banannas.

fresh bannana.

apple.

50 grams of whey protein


AFTER WORKOUT ( around 12 pm )

avacado

carrot

Glass of v8 juice

sandwich

50grams of whey protein.

DINNER :

Green tea

skinless chicken breast/haggis/burger/pizza/can of tuna etc. etc.

boiled potato/baked potato/chips

peas:

EVENING SNACK:

toast and corned beef/sardines

apple

50 grams of whey protein.

    Its a heap of sh1t!

    I assume you want us to critique it rather than critisise it!?

    The only thing you will grow on that diet is hungry.

    Have you read the bulking/newbie articles?

    Have a read of them, and then return using this to give us more info (portion sizes, etc)

    Looks like too much whey for a start where are the solids?
    You only need Whey PWO with some form of clean carbs (Powder Scotish oats are good), apart from that stop eating it all the time useless, because it is fast acting. Go to articles...

    More regular meals will also be needed, i would expect....much more carbs (MUCH MORE, where are they? )

    Dump the fkin bolox foods (refined & packaged) just get lots of cheap but quality ingredients. (I am referring to the pizza, burgar, corned beef and chips. As i presume you will not be making them, but corned beef is filth full stop.)

    Look at recipies, it will help you make some good on the go stuff.

    As Gaz said portion sizes are critical for anyone to answer properly, but basicly change the post name to TT and he'll have a butchers.
