You only need Whey PWO with some form of clean carbs (Powder Scotish oats are good), apart from that stop eating it all the time useless, because it is fast acting. Go to articles...
More regular meals will also be needed, i would expect....much more carbs (MUCH MORE, where are they?
Dump the fkin bolox foods (refined & packaged) just get lots of cheap but quality ingredients. (I am referring to the pizza, burgar, corned beef and chips. As i presume you will not be making them, but corned beef is filth full stop.)
Look at recipies, it will help you make some good on the go stuff.
As Gaz said portion sizes are critical for anyone to answer properly, but basicly change the post name to TT and he'll have a butchers.
