Please help cutting advise

Hello All,

I finished my first cycle 2 months ago

I was using dbol for 4 weeks and the equitest.

I got good gains and put on over a stone.

I have been cutting for the last 3 weeks, I have lost 15 pounds on bf on a keto diet but i am struggling as i have no energy to workout at all. I have also lost mass which i expected but i know if i stick to this diet my first cycle has been a waste of time.

I am looking for advise I ws thinking of coming off this diet. Eat healthy and do a course of clen with ECA. I am due to start my next cycle in about 5 weeks but want to get cut before i start.

Can anyone please give me some advise.

Thanks in advance

5lbs per week seems like an enormous loss to me. I'm sure you're going to be losing quite a bit of muscle mass at that pace. Hopefully somebody with better nutritional knowledge will be along shortly but I'd have thought you need to up your calories quite significantly. Personally, anything more than 2lbs per week (not excluding water) would set alarm bells off.

    Cheers Gruffy,

Yes im concerned also, lost over half an inch off my arms. Gonna have to come off this diet and move on to a healthy diet with more cardio. But was seriously thinking of using clen. If i did use it though would it affect my next cycle?

I don't think you need to come off the diet. You just need to adjust it by adding a few more calories until the weight loss is a little less aggressive.

Stick with the diet as it's working, forget the clen because it's sh1te and just run ECA AM/PM until you hit your target.

Stimulant effects might lessen over time but the overall effect remains the same. Make sure you get a couple of rest days in as well or days where you just stick to SSC for 30-40 minutes or so, I know it's tempting to hammer it when cutting as i find it quite an addictive process even though it's unpleasant but rest days are just as important as when bulking for recovery.

The inch off your arms is probably bodyfat mate, i know a ton of guys who think they've got 18/19 inch arms but that's because they're fat as fvck, not quite as many say it when they're lean. Everybody loses a little when they're cutting but if you're getting the protein in and still lifting heavy you won't sacrifice much muscle in the process.
