Please help me change make a few changes

Dumbell Bench 3x6
Dips 3x6
Incline Flyes 2x6-8
Cable cross overs 1 x 12 – slow negatives 5-6 second negative contractions

The only thing I want to change is dips, what can I do instead of dips? (I have bad elbow and shoulder pains)

Also, on my tricep day I do skullcrushers (where I also experience elbow pain), what would you all reccomend as the next best thing?

    I would rest for a while and get the pains checked out (although I can't really speak because at the moment I'm training with bad knees !).

    After resting for a while maybe just start with press-ups when you resume and see how that feels ?
