Please help me with my Diet. Looking to BULK UP.

Hi there.

Looking to bulk up.

Stats

Age : 30
Height : 5'7
Weight : 10 Stone or 140lbs
BMI : 21.9
Body Fat : No idea.

Life-Style : No smoking or drinking, training based on a split schedule. 2 days on, 1 day rest.

Suppliments: Maximuscle Progain

07:00 Wake Up
07:15 Breakfast1: Crunchy nut cornflakes plus 1 bananna + semi skinned milk
07:30 Breakfast2: 3 Slices of best of both toast with pineapple spread + Coffee (0.5 pint Water), 1 teaspoon of Sugar
10:00 2 scoops [130ml in 0.5 pint Water) of Maximuscle Progain
11:30 1 Peach
13:00 Lunch : Either Scrambled Egg or Boiled Egg with Mayonase Sandwiches or Ham and Cheese Sandwidch. Plus Muller fruit corner & 0.5 pint of water mixed with a concentrated fruit drink.
15:00 Apple
16:00 2 scoops [130ml in 0.5 pint Water) of Maximuscle Progain
18:00 Train
19:00 Tea: Mix of Rice, Green peas, carrots and sweet corn and 4 boiled Potatoes With Chicken Breast/Leg or Lamb or Pork Chop. Otherwise its Pasta. Both meals with 0.5 pint of water mixed with a concentrated fruit drink.
21:00 3 Slices of best of both toast with pineapple spread + Coffee (0.5 pint Water), 1 teaspoon of Sugar
22:00 1 Peach
23:00 Sleep

Water intake per day : 3 pints.

    take progain 3 times a day with your 3 daily meals that should be enough if not i recommend this diet i was your weight but now im 14st from this diet gives you good muscle too


    look up squats and milk but i recommend a different training programme.

    You were going to recommend a diet plan? Hehe, where the link?

    Ok, I will add an extra round of prograin to my diet.

    So does it look good?

    I will be doing squats, dont you worry about that!

    No need for 2 breakfasts, just have more quality food there, definatley more protein.

    Solid food before training - an hour to an hour and a half before.

    PWO - is this going to be your tea? ? ?

    9pm meal is aweful - just carbs and sugary carbs at that, no protein, no efas, etc...

    More EFA's are needed, more protein, more quality foods.
