Please help with me diet
You probably been asked this loads, and are fed up about it, but ims eriously clueless.
It started when i got 8 months in prison(driving bollox) and i started to train, going from no muscle at all and weighing 14 and a half stone in 4 motnhs i dropepd to just under 12 and had good muscle gains http://a40.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/38/l_c8d2a2d0fc5cc2023908cdad3095375f.jpg
but 4 months out iv seen to of gone back up to 13 stone.
inside my diet was(as very restricted, rice and veg mostly, and some chicken somtimes.
Now i have the option to eat what i like but clueless,
How many meals a day should i have???
What in the morning? Afternoon? Night?

my problem is il eat a big healthy meal at 6 o clock, come nine im hungry again and dont no what i should do.
